1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only unused, unworn, and undamaged items are eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any gift boxes and accessories.
  • Earrings and personalized items cannot be returned if they have been worn or customized.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Clearance or sale items, unless defective.
  • Earrings without proper packaging or missing components.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact customer support at ratnaasya.in@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once the return is approved, instructions for shipping the product back will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Contact customer support with the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and order details for faster resolution.
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns not meeting the above criteria may be rejected.
  • The policy is designed to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained for all jewelry and gift products.
